Design UX/UI, product flows, prototypes and visual systems across wine, e-commerce and education. Shape brand identities, packaging visuals and WCAG 2.1 AA components. Currently building an AI-powered learning platform with personalized feedback loops.
UX/UI support during a 10-month redesign of the Intrexx B2B low-code SaaS website. Contributed to IX25, the rebuilt platform generation, across visual data, processes and app development. Rapid prototyping to align product, marketing and development.
Improved winery website and shop UX (bounce −20 %, session duration +15 %). Created a 360° vineyard tour (+35 % engagement). Translated the brand across print, digital, social and packaging (+625 % Instagram followers).
Led 12 innovation workshops for 200+ marketers, turning business goals into 15 app prototypes. Designed a scalable design system that reduced UI inconsistencies by 50 %. Built feedback loops that sped iteration by 25 %.
